Before Policy:

1. Consultation: Schedule an initial consultation to discuss their portrait tattoo ideas, size, placement, and any specific details they would like to include. This can be done in person or virtually.

2. Reference Material: The client should bring or provide reference photos of the person they want to be portrayed in the tattoo. This will help the artist capture the likeness accurately.

3. Design Approval: Once the artist creates a design based on the client's preferences, you must review and approve the design before any tattooing begins.

4. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure the appointment slot. This amount will be deducted from the final tattoo cost.

After Policy:

1. Tattoo Session: Tattoo appointment based on availability. The duration of the session will depend on the size, complexity, and the client's tolerance level.

2. Aftercare Instructions: We will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing of the tattoo. This may include instructions such as avoiding direct sunlight, moisturizing, and avoiding contact with water for a specific period.

3. Final Payment: The remaining balance of $350 should be settled after the completion of the tattoo. This can be done on the day of the tattoo appointment we will send an invoice.

4. Touch-ups: Offer a complimentary touch-up session within a specified timeframe (e.g., 6-8 weeks). This allows any minor adjustments, color enhancements, or necessary modifications to be made to the tattoo.
